Versus mode CPU Tier list?

Hey guys!

Ever since I first began SSB, I'd always wondered which level 9 CPU character in VS mode was playing at the most skillful level.

SO, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Which CPU do you guys think has is meta-game most developed? Which has given you the most trouble? If possible, constructing a tier list would be lovely, I'm not entirely sure if you guys have came up with one already.

Lvl 9 fox for S tier (those U-Airs). Dunno about the rest.

Best thread ever? hmm close call.

I speak with great authority when I say that battlecow is pretty on point. Those are the first two I thought of.

Also lvl 9 C.Falc is pretty imba. And ness got those uairs for days. Maybe then Jiggz, she's pretty ****.

I'd like to hear the thoughts of other panel members like Ballin'.

i played a round robin tourney of cpu's on hyrule once. Link was da best. Falcon, ness, and fox were good. Kirby and DK were the worst. I think Pika and mario were just below falcon ness and fox, but above everyone I haven't yet mentioned. All from memory though, as I've lost all the data.

And yea bcow totally called that tourney, apparently fox link is op as ****.

Is this for CPU vs CPU ? If its a tier list for which characters do best against human players this would be hard rank characters.

Well, in terms of vs other CPU's, I actually ran some a cpu vs cpu round robin and a tourney on my computer when I got foot surgery a few summers ago. Think it was all hyrule. Results

Yes I think I slightly misled this thread, I editted the opening post. We are looking for which character has the potential to be the most challenging vs a human, not cpu on cpu. Although I won`t deny the tourney conducted by clubba was beautiful data.

Link is good, but can be gimped.
Fox is uair genius.
Falcon pulls out some impressive mini combos.
Ness uair for days.

Fox and Ness are very good. Link is next. Luigi, Mario and Yoshi are pretty good. Falcon is close behind along with Samus who is ok. Jigglypuff Pikachu is also pretty bad (thunder jolts too bad.) Kirby and Donkey Kong are the worst (DK by far). So:
