Using internet tethering + "normal" internet connection for streaming

Is this possible? because just 1 connection is just too slow, normally when i use tethering it just doesnt use the "normal" conneciton anymore

The Windows operating system will not allow two connections to be active at the same time. It just doesn't work! The only thing you could do is bridge the connections, but this generally won't improve speed, it just allows for better connectivity. The only true way to make your connection run faster and to stream better would be to actually upgrade your internet server from whomever you purchase it from!!!
