Using extra HDDs

I was planning on putting my old desktop HDD into the new(somewhat) pc we got but it's way too small to put more than 1 HDD in it. I was hoping that I could use that product in the link to use it with my current pc.

yeah It would work expect it to go slot slower tho. Check the new pc and see if it has an esata port.

If its a laptop hdd and you have a esata port this would be alot faster

It's a desktop hdd unfortunately. Those things are huge lol.

I don't think I saw an esata port. Space is really tight in there and I couldn't fit the hdd in there

oh well i guess usb will have to do. I hate haveing externel harddrives, they are like half as fast and are way more suseptible to breaking.

If you have the necessary connections then yeah. It doesn't have to have a load of space, just enough for air to get in between them. I got 3 in my comp almost right on top of each other and have been going good for about 6 years now. External ones have been the only ones that I've had fail. = [
