Using brawlcustommusic for Smash Wii U/3DS?

I noticed that brawlcustommusic allows for songs to be used in Smash Wii U/3DS. However, I've only been using it in Project M so far. Does anyone know how to use the files for Smash Wii U/3DS? It would be much appreciated, as I would love the ability to add songs on SSB4 along with Project M.

It's not possible to the public. You have to be a really good hacker to do so.
