Using a keyboard on a wii u

The main thing keeping me back from being good at Sm4sh is my uselessness with a controller. I need to have both my entire hands be the controls, not just my thumbs. I hope to daisy-chain adapters to be able to get a keyboard to work on a Wii U. However all the good ones seem to be out of stock. I remember seeing something about issues involving the wiimote extension port, but I'm not sure. If anyone could point me to an adapter series that brings a USB or PS/2 keyboard to a gamecube port, that would be awesome. Thank you.

Edit: Or, is it possible to use the Phantasy Star Online GC ASCII controller's keyboard as a controller?

I havent ever been able to get a 2nd adapter to work through a GC adapter. I have a ps2 to GC adapter that I used for brawl sometimes and it doesnt work with smash wii u.

Teshie U There was a video by a guy who got a Xbox controller > PS2 controller > GC controller chain to work, but the adapters he used are out of stores.
