Using 3.5's Menu CSS on 3.02?

I really love using 3.02 as it is compatible with BrawlEx, which unfortunately isn't true for all those that follow. The only downside is that I can't stand it's CSS.

Is there a way to use 3.5/3.6's CSS on 3.02?
