Used Wii64 and now PM wont launch

I just wanted to try out the emulator on the wii so i used the same SD card that PM was on and now it's saying there are too many codes on there and it cannot load PM. It wouldn't load through the launcher nor gecko. I use the homebrew option for PM.
PS: i tried to get rid of some of the apps but that didn't do anything either. Im clueless on what is going on

did you do anything with the gameconfig.txt?.. cause that would cause that problem...

figured it out. I just re-formatted my sd card. Thanks for the suggestion though
