Use 3.0 Launcher With 3.02 Data?

I'm playing Project M on a hackless Wii and my Brawl disc does not read each time it gets started up. I usually use Project M 3.0 but some custom builds run on 3.02, and since my disc doesn't read each time, I get sent back to the home menu. Is there any way to use the 3.0 launcher, but still load the rest of the data normally?

Just replace the boot.elf file in the 3.02 build with the one from your 3.0 build and you should be good

That did not work. Whenever I launched Project M, it read the disk and began booting, then I was sent back to the Wii motion warning screen that you get every time you launch a game. If I proceed through into the game, I end up with an oddly modded version of Brawl. All the menus are the same except the stages are expanded out to two pages (all normal Brawl stages, no extras) and the character select screen is laid out differently since each pokemon have their own icons and Shiek/Zelda are different icons. If I start a match, it freezes right after the countdown.

That means the codes are being applied, but the "file patch code" isn't working properly. Try using the launcher from Theytah or Patt's build (it is modified slightly). If that doesn't work, download the gecko .gct from the project m download page put that in the "codes" folder (replacing the one that is in there) and try the 3.0 launcher and Theytah's launcher again.
