USB Mayflash L button and C-stick responding the same

I have been having trouble with calibrating these 2 buttons. What is the general setup needed to calibrate the controller (xyz axis)? I know my controller isn't broken cause I've been using it for months, and the adapter works fine on my bro's computer. Also my R button is a little weird. It doesnt read into light presses.

I use dolphin 64 52 i think, i never saw Zr and Xr there

Edit: I fixed it.. kinda lol it will only work for port 2. Thanks for the help man
