You can try here, searching Smash 4/ Wii U then insert your state/city on facebook (your best bet since many communities have their smash scene on facebook), you can also look and see if they have a discord here (smashcords.com/smash-4/). If not, they may have a private link on their facebook account. Some scenes even have their own website, good luck.
