Updating to 4.05?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.

I currently have 4.0 on my SD card and I would like to update to 4.05 but i really don't know how.

Can anyone help me out at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's no way to patch a previous version to the newest one. All you can do is make a new 4.05 version by following the instructions in the 20xx thread (google it) and replace your previous version.
