Update/Store to Card Help!

Hey everyone! I need some help trying to update to the newest version of Project M.
I've gotten as far as getting to the new launcher screen, updating it, but then now I'm stuck and the "Storing to Card" screen.
Its been storing to card for over half hour now, does this usually take this long? or did I hit a bug or something?
Someone please help!
