There was a Tingle Trophy could that mean he's playable? Honestly I don't think this raises Olimar's chances at all. He's already a shoe-in character imo.

No, it doesn't increase his chances. Pikmin were trophies in Melee and Olimar wasn't in, and i'm sure there'll be trophies for characters that aren't in Brawl.

I really want Olimar in, but no, this does not increase his chances one iota. If he's in, he's in.

All we got in Melee was the pikmin and the man himself. With enemies, he is defiantly reachin gout here. Doesn't exactly mean he has to have a reason but... hey.

You fail at logic.
I'm afraid you fail. Tingle has no chance I'm afraid, and the average person would think so. Even people below normal standards say he has no chance. That explains why few want him in.

I wish that the trophy hinted at Olimar being in Brawl, but I still don't think it's much of an argument for him.

Still, seeing a Pikmin reference excites me. :)

I was looking and someone said one of the trophies was an enemy from Mario bros. Could this mean Mario's chances have increased?
Good thing Mario's in... and Olimar isn't confirmed yet. >.>
I wouldn't be quick to post sarcastic comments (yeah, I know... I already did), but this doesn't increase his chances, imo. Although this is Miyamoto's more favored series... based on his more favored pastime... gardening. I'd figure He himself would want him in.

No it cant increase his chances because hes in...>.< I know you were being sarcastic but they're 2 different circumstances...

Since the pokemon trainer can be in the background issuing commands...why cant captain olimar...or as an alternate costume...Luie..

Hmm... Olimar's chances of being in Brawl haven't increased that much, I think. The Bulborb you are all talking about is pretty much the mascot enemy of Pikmin, so it is also likely that Sakurai just decided to give the Pikmin series an enemy trophy anyway because he couldn't put Olimar in Brawl, or something like that.

This is just my pessimist side talking though, since I would like to see Olimar in since I greatly enjoy the Pikmin series... but seriously, one trophy of a rather common enemy can't completely seal Olimar into Brawl!
