Up Throw Vs Down Throw

I want to know which throw kills earlier Up Throw or Down Throw

Up throw has less knockback but kills earlier because of the angle. Down throw has more knockback but kills earlier if they DI in. If they DI any other way, Up Throw kills earlier by 5~10 percent.

This. I mainly use dthrow and bthrow for damage since those are Corrin's most damaging throws bar uthrow, which I primarily use for killing. I noticed I never really use fthrow at all, so I plan on using it more to unstale my other moves, or "stale fodder" as I call it.
