Up-taunt trade?

Ever since this tas video at .21 ness was able to trade his arrows by up-taunt. I was wandering if this was possible in p:m?

That's the Yo-yo glitch, you can find out more in the Melee Ness boards but basically it let you fling a hitbox across the screen or let an uair, dair, or PKT2 hitbox stick onto Ness' body for one hit. Ness just happened to be taunting while having a uair hitbox stuck on to him which clanked with the arrow in that video.

Sadly, the yo-yo glitch is not in Project M.
