Up-Smash good OoS option for Falco too?

Shine out of shield is faster and combos into more. There is not as much range as U-Smash if they're in front of you, but if their pressure is that safe they are likely doing crossups. I guess if the mixup works against your opponent, go for it, but shine is far better in almost every other way.

Plus Falco's up smash is so weak that by the time you get out of the ending lag they're already on the ground. I guess it could be a good mixup if they're at like 120%+, but other than that I would have to agree that shine OoS is much better in almost every way.
