until what % can falco's chain grab be used? like at what % can the opponent start to get out?

It's incomplete, but there. Next time, try searching first >.<

Also, as a rule of thumb, ~40% for most non-floaty characters. Test it out though, it's not that complicated.

0-40% on medium and heavy characters

0-30% on light or maybe earlier

and btw you can do the gatling combo to rack up more damge

There are a few exceptions because some characters can use a move to escape the cg. Marth has his Dolphin Slash.
