I could definitely add contact info if it was provided. Ummmmm I don't really want to go through all of the compendium transfer it though. Maybe I'll just make the map public so people can fill their own info in?

If you are looking for ANYONE in NA, all you have to do is find them under the NORTH AMERICA category in the list on the left. The players within NA are listed alphabetically, so you should be able to find everyone pretty easily that way. Once you've selected someone on the left, a pop-up appears next to them on the map. Open the "more" dropdown in the pop-up, and click "zoom here," and it will take you right to them.


I really think the way the map is currently set up is the way to go, but if people really don't like it I can change it. The reason I don't want to add more regions to NA is that if there are 5 regions and I'm looking for a specific player who's location I don't know, now I have to look through multiple regions on the left. As the map currently is, you have the ability to easily:

1) Search for a specific player if you know his gaming tag by looking through the LIST ON THE LEFT.

2) Seeing what players are in a specific region by zooming to that region on the map and clicking the individual placemarks.

Can't Koro just link the map at the top of this thread with a sentence or two about what it is and keep the info that he put together here? That way you guys don't have to move stuff around so much. If people want to be on the map, they can tell you here or on the map thread.

the problem is no one ever ****ing uses it it seems like

and some people aren't consistently playing online..or even using smashboards, so its hard to be successful without correct participation

While a list like this is necessary, I don't think it is something people would use everyday. I only use it when I'm trying to find out if there are any smashers in a location I'm traveling to. I don't travel everyday, so I rarely check it. Still nice to have something that holds all player info somewhere in a stickied thread though, so it doesn't disappear. Either this or the map needs to be stickied.
