Unmodified Brawl is freezing after using Project M.

First off, my copy of Brawl is a soft backup, and I run PM with the full hackless files which are loaded via Ocarina. When I disable Ocarina cheats and load the normal game it will freeze if I go to the stage select menu in VS mode, and in seemingly random places in classic mode. I thought my save had somehow developed a dependance on PM, but I had the same problems with a fresh save. Has anyone heard of this problem, or know how to fix it?

Take the SD Card out, the custom stage file that boots PM is interfering when the game tries to load custom stages on the stage select screen.
