so i just got to thinking, i erased my gc memory card one time by accident and it took me no more than 3 hours to unlock mostly everything (except a couple stages and trophies and other dumb stuff and mewtwo and GaW, i forgot about them at first thanks for calling out my bull**** frogla and pit). it was because the single player was fairly shallow and exceedingly easy to beat.
how does that apply to brawl? well, ill tell you. sakurai says that the 1p game will be much deeper. with many more characters and probably more stages, and who knows what else to unlock, doesnt it seem like unlocking everything is gonna take much longer in brawl? i think sakurai is gonna make us work for it this time. if this is the case, i think it will add to the game much more than unlocking everything in melee did. if it is indeed more difficult, it will add a sense of accomplishment to unlocking everything in brawl. and instead of this reaction when your noob friend accidentally deletes your data: "yea whatever, ill do it all again in a few hours, no big deal," you will get something along the lines of this, "OHHHHH GOD IN HEAVEN, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?!?! I HOPE YOU HAVE FUN IN HELL CUZ THAT'S WHERE IM SENDING YOU YOU ****NUTS ******* **** C0CK!!!! DEATH TO THE DELETOR!!!!" (professional driver on closed course. ( plus 10 awesome points to whoever gets that one)). yea thats a perenthesis within a perenthesis, deal with it.

by the way, when does one achieve smash journeyman status? cuz i just got it, i think it was at 150, but i wasnt really paying attention.

haha, oh yea, forgot about them. everyone but them. im an idiot, my bad. you get my point though right? i mean they are still really easy to unlock. you dont even have to do anything, you can just leave the gc on overnight and, voila, challenger approaching.

You can do it. I don't know if you can unlock everything else also, but it's doable if you play one-stock matches with 2 players and have 1 fall off the stage as soon as the match begins. 700 times. -.-
