Yeah.....there seems to be 1 stage I'm missing bug I don't know what it is....anyone got tips on unlocking all stages

Smash 3DS Unlocking Stages

To unlock Magicant and Warioware, unlock Ness and Wario. To get Pac-Maze and Dreamland use Pac-Man and Kirby's Final Smash. Using Villager 3 times gets you Balloon Fight, while winning 3 battles with Captain Falcon gets Mute City. Flat Zone 2 requires Mr. Game and Watch AND the second Challenges page to be unlocked.

My guess is you're missing Flat Zone 2. You technically get it as soon as you unlock G&W, but because of the way challenges work you might not get it immediately. The panel for that unlock is on the 2nd challenge board, so in reality you can't unlock the stage until you unlock G&W and you clear the 1st challenge board.
