unlockable mii accessories?

It'd be cool, if, say you were to finish classic mode as mario and you would unlock his hat in the mii channel?!

Just think, if you beat it as link, you'd get his hat too!!

Hats could just be one thing, maybe if you did that in hard mode as link, you'd get his tunic, or with mario you'd get his overalls!

Its just a suggestion, sorta like in nintendogs, where you could do the same... somehow...

and, sorry if this is in the wrong thread...

Sounds good, but that means in order to get Mario's hat, you'd HAVE to buy SSBB. Could help with sales, but there will be critics of this.

not very possible that mii interation will be put in games like brawl, to be honest i'd be suprised if over 5 more games ever came out involving miis, let alone smash.

Well I do think that the Mii channel shsould have some interaction with it's games. possible outfits or character miis do seem like a good idea. But I just wounder about them being sent around. I mean you work hard to unlock them but some joe shmoe asks his buddy to send it to him and boom no hard work needed.

Hmm, good reasoning.

Also, about my point that you would have to buy the game, what if you are a Mario fanatic, and passed off Brawl to get Galaxy [which I'm sure nobody here would do]. You would want the hats, but you cannot get Brawl.

You might not even like the Smash Bros series, and you are being forced to buy the game in order to have a simple Mario hat. You would criticize Nintendo for their decision.

Also, I do not think Sakurai would go through the trouble anyway. This is Brawl, not MIIlee [pun intended ] Also, the Mii system might be saved in the firmware, so it might be easier putting this in a firmware update than in Brawl.

Anyways, yeah, it would be too popular having those hats, but if it were every character that unlocked something, then it wouldn't be so bad.

And it could be more than just hats and hair, it could be new facial stuff, and like I said, maybe even clothes...

It really would depend on the code that Nintendo used for the Miis. Most likely all they could change is the facial features, unless they released some sort of internet upgrade. But that could lead to trouble because not everyone has ultra fast internet. The only way to remedy this would be to eat your family put the upgrade on the disc, but they probably want all the disk space for the game. And, having only facial features wouldn't be very cool. Still, who knows?

awsome idea it wouldn't really matter if they critized nintendo, the mii thing would be for that one game, its just like buying a game because you like it and it has some special stuff like the mario hat for you mii as an example, then you buy another game, it has some special featueres for that one game, so why would they be mad if the other game they bought didn't have the same things as the other?, and ssbb has alot of nintendo characters so i think it is a really good idea
