Edit: Nevermind, you mean it says their name there.
Well that is logical, read where it says. It says it in the Character Copyrights, Smash does not have any Namco characters (as of yet) (Notice there is no Sega or Konami (Kojima Productions), I suspect that is just because the characters haven't been revealed yet.

They are saving a lot back for hype and also, IMO, because there is still a lot to be done for this game.
