Hey guys quick intro. I'm Jerkz/JRKZ. I'm a player,organizer,TO, and content creator from Virginia. (SOVA) I've recently gotten more involved with ESports within the FGC, and have always had a liking for Smash. Currently doing what ever I can to help build up the community within our local area.

I'm interested in the guidelines and rules for Ultimate since it's right around the corner,and I want to be sure to have a neutral rule set across regions. I'm more then sure certain guidelines will transfer over on how to handle certain things like pausing, timeouts, suicides and so on. But I'm very interested in how the actual rule set will look like when it comes to stocks,time, stage striking,and counter picking (stage, character).And sadly I am not a vip cause those guys are going in on that forum. I'm worried about stages but Im just trying to get a better picture of the rules.

Enforce blind pick (TO,write down)
Stage one is randomly selected from universal starters
Or striking 1-2-2-1
First strike decided by RPS
Game 2,3
Strike 2 , loser picks stage (cannot choose stage previously won on within set)
Character select
Winner stays or changes
Loser stays or changes
Stage lists I don't really know I might just look at neutral choices and see what is posted in the future. But here's an idea of what I'd pick for now.

Pokemon stadium (haz off)
Counters
Warioware (haz off)
Town and city
Yoshi story (melee)
Kalos (haz off)
Frigate (haz off)
