UK Based 13 year old gamepad using R.O.B. main thinking of joining the SSB4 competitive scene

Hello, i call myself Gyrodude, the title of this thread should explain all, i need the following: tips on how to enter the competitive smash scene at my young age, simple visual based R.O.B., Pac-Man, Villager, 3D, Duck Hunt Duo, DK and Diddy tips (specially R.O.B.), explaination to why Walk-Offs are illegal and some clear ups on the legality of custom moves. BTW i do best when listening to the Cheetahmen theme and i have autism.
