So this is the 2nd UFB Round Robin/Smashfest!
When:
Thrusday July 1st, 2010

Squall/Terrence's House
What:
$5 Round Robin/Bracket(dependent on turn-out)
Counts for PA State Rankings!
Ruleset:
* 3 Stock
* 8 minute timer
* Items are set to "off" and "none"
* Ledge grab rule: There will be a 50 ledge grab rule in place. A player is not allowed to grab the ledge more than 50 times in one match. If and only if the match ends in a timeout and a player is over the limit, he forfeits the match.
* Scrooging is banned
* All sets are best of 3 matches
* In the event of a dispute, controller ports will be selected by Rock-Paper-Scissors, best of 1 on shoot. The loser can opt to switch controller ports on their counterpick.
* No player may choose a stage they have already won on in that set unless agreed upon by both players.
* If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage.
* Metaknight's Infinite Cape glitch is banned.
* If a game ends with Bowser doing his suicide klaw and it ends in sudden death, the sudden death will be ignored and that game will count as a win for Bowser.
* You can not do infinites do any percent higher than 300
* 1-2-2-1 Striking for the decision of the 1st stage played.
* Ties are broken in the following fashion: Set Count > Head 2 Head > Wins > Losses. In the event of a 3 way tie, go through the steps until one person is out of the tie (whether the top of the 3 is found or the bottom of the 3 is found), then re-do the tie breaking procedure for the last two players. In the event of an exact 3 way tie, the players must re-do the set in a mini "tie-breaker" pool.
