Ubuntu Dual-Boot with 2 hard Drives

Ok. What I want to do is to dual boot Ubuntu and XP on my Dell Dimension 8400. The 1 hard drive currently has XP Media Center Edition. I plan on getting a new SATA Drive soon and installing that. Then I would like to install Ubuntu 9.10 (Yay it's out!) on the 2nd hard drive, using the whole disk. So basically, I want Ubuntu on one hard drive, XP on the other. Then, if possible, I would like it to auto boot to XP if I didn't tell it to otherwise. I have some VERY un-tech savvy who don't even know how to copy and paste!

If more details are needed, ask away! All help is appreciated!
