Before I start, this is a team that involves Arceus, who is currently not allowed in play, but since Toys-R-Us started handing him out legally, I planned up a team I would use with him.

Mew @ Lum Berry
Adament
Synchronize
252 HP / 184 Atk / 36 Def / 36 Sp. Def
Stealth Rock
U-Turn
Explosion
Taunt

This Mew is a pretty solid lead. It's copied from the Mew page in Smogon. Any leads who spray status will get it bounced back. For Darkrai, U-Turn as they will probably Trick a Scarf, or put me to sleep. U-Turn against any Deoxys lead who will probably Taunt, and they will take hefty damage. I guess Taunt is there to deal with lead Groudon who uses Stealth Rock. If Mew gets his job done laying Stealth Rock, I can just Explode, or U-Turn to explode later for future problem Pokemon. I don't really see how Mew relates to the other members of the team so if someone can suggest a better lead that would be nice.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Impish
Keen Eye
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Drill Peck
Whirlwind
Roost
Spikes

Skarmory is my choice for a Dragon-resist. It deals with harsh Earthquake users who aim at Dialga, Arceus, or Blissey. Brave Bird won't eally hurt anything in a Metagame where Defenses are really high, and I don't want this Skarmory to take much damage, so I find Drill Peck to be the better option. It still has a chance in OHKOing an incoming Deoxys-A, for sure with Stealth Rock. The only advantage with Brave Bird is that it OHKOs incoming Shaymin-S with Stealth Rock, and that's really situational. Drill Peck OHKOs Heracross and it's nice not to lose 100 HP in recoil.
Whirlwind phazes the stat boosts by Rayquaza, Arceus, and Groudon. If any of them have Overheat then @_@. For teams that like to switch around a lot for counters, Spikes can punish the grounded ones. If the next time an opposing Pokemon would get killed by Spikes and Stealth Rock after switching in, they may convince themselves in staying in on the boosting tanks of the team. For Rock Polish Groudon, Skarmory does not fear the speed boosts, nor his physical attacking power, so it does not need to Whirlwind immediately, so Skarmory should just alter between Roost and Spikes, and maybe a few Drill Pecks.
I switch to Blissey if Special attackers scare Skarmory. The classic Skarmbliss combo can rack up some entry hazard damage as the opponent keeps switching, although this won't happen a lot because many Ubers can attack very well in both sides of the spectrum, and I really, really hate predicting in switchfests...

Blissey @ Leftovers
Calm
Serene Grace
252 Def / 84 SpA / 172 Sp.Def
Calm Mind
Thunder
Ice Beam
Softboiled

With Calm Mind, Special attackers have no hope in beating this Blissey. Serene Grace Thunder's 60% chance to paralyze greatly helps the team in setting up. Ice beam's freezing chance can be scary but after a Calm Mind it would kill Garchomp, Rayquaza, and Shaymin-S anyway. With the Defense EVs, Blissey only takes 40-47% from an unboosted Stone Edge from Groudon. If I predict the opponent is going to **** on Blissey with Toxic, I'll make a switch to Dialga or Arceus depending on how the opposing Pokemon is weak to which, or maybe Skarmory.

Dialga @ Leftovers
Careful
Pressure
252 HP / 244 Sp. Def / 12 Spe
Bulk Up
Rest
Sleep Talk
Outrage

The status absorber and the best counter to Blissey. The random Speed EVs prevent any speed tie that may fool me into making the wrong moves, with the cost of 2 Special Defense points. Dialga holds some useful resistances. Dialga stalls with Rest and Sleep Talk, while boosting or hitting a powerful Outrage at the same time. Pressure steals the opponent's PP as this long process takes place.

Arceus @ Toxic Plate
Timid
Multitype
100 HP / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 100 Sp.Def / 100 Spe
Cosmic Power
Charge Beam
Ice Beam
Recover

I'm not sure if we are able to choose which stats are we able to EV. Someone tell me how it works.
Poison Arceus is the only grounded Poison Pokemon that is viable in Ubers. I needed one in order to absorb Toxic Spikes, which stops Blissey. I really wanted Blissey to have Serene Grace as its ability because a 60% chance to Paralyze from a fairly strong move that doesn't get proven useless by Taunt or Substitute is really sexy. I did not want to use a team slot for a Spinner, and then deal with ghosts. Stealth Rock doesn't give a huge problem to this team, and can be healed off easily, so Toxic Spikes are the only thing I'm worried about. Poison's two weaknesses are Ground and Psychic. Psychic is an almost useless offensive typing in Ubers, so there is no need to worry about there. For predicted Earthquakes, I switch to Skarmory. The Poison typing also provides a useful resistance to Fighting, which threatens Blissey and Dialga. With this typing, Arceus does not need to worry about Toxic, and since it's a Special attacker, Burn doesn't scare it at all. Dialga is the one that Sleeps, so Paralyze is the only thing that can cripple Arceus. I would usually switch to Dialga for predicted Thunder Waves, and even then, Arceus' massive bulk makes up for lost speed.
In my opinion, Cosmic Power is a very underrated move. I guess Cosmic Power does not see much use because of its horrid distribution. This Arceus plans to stay in for a while, altering between Cosmic Power and Recover. I also wanted this Arceus to be able to boost it's attacking power. Calm Mind is pretty pointless since Cosmic Power already does half of it's job. I can opt for Swords Dance to heavily boost its attack stat, but then it can be left vulnerable to Taunt, Trick, or a Pokemon with a Type that resists its only attacking type. And so I decided to go with Charge Beam. It may be a weak move but since Arceus will stay in for a while, it won't be very difficult raising the power very high. Ice Beam provides it as a pseudo-BoltBeam combination.

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Timid
Drizzle
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Water Spout
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunder

Kyogre with the very standard four moves. In case one of these Pokemon faint, and I feel I have no time to set up anything, I'll use Kyogre as a revenge killer. I wanted a revenge killer who can take a Bullet Punch and doesn't die in one Hit, so Gengar was out of the question. Palkia came to mind, but I thought Kyogre's ability to provide the rain which gives Blissey's Thunder 100% accuracy can help out much more, and softening Skarmory's Fire weakness. Toxic Spikes won't be wearing down Water Spout's power.

Comments? Please tell me anything this team should watch out for.

Because OU Pokemon are viable in Ubers?

I think Kyogre is used to stop way too many things. Once he dies you will be open to a huge amount of threats such as Rock Polish Groudon. For instance as soon as you revenge kill something Palkia can come in and threaten your entire team and there isn't much you can do about it except predict around him. Eventually you will lose your Kyogre and then many things have free sweeps. To remedy this I would suggest that you switch Kyogre to a Resttalk set:

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Drizzle / Modest
240 HP/ 244 Def / 24 Spd
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

And then switching your Dialga to a Choice Scarf Palkia since Kyogre is now doing Dialga's job:

Palkia @ Choice Scarf
Pressure / Hasty
4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Outrage
- Spacial Rend/Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Thunder

This still gives you something to hit Blissey with and replces Kyogre as your revenge killer.

That way you have answers to more threats while still keeping the roles of your pokemon similar.

While Kyogre does this pretty well, I really opted for Dialga because Dragon is the best typing to go when mono-attacking, and it's really awesome to know that a Sleep Talked Outrage won't get him locked in. Kyogre's Surf won't do much to Latias, Palkia, or CMBliss, or worse, Quagsire or Shedinja. Against CM Blissey, if they have the same amount of Calm Minds, Surf only does 22.58-26.73%, while Blissey's Thunder does 33.43-39.88%. Kyogre can try to stall Blissey's PP out, but Sleep Talk can occasionally pick the wrong move, or Blissey can simply go for a Serene Grace Freeze with Ice Beam while Kyogre is Calm Minding.

Palkia can hit Blissey for 2HKOs, but then the opponent can switch to something that resists Outrage, and start setting up, while Dialga can do the same or even kill her in one hit, while not being easily set up on. Aqua Tail would probably work very well though.

Since I think that the only status Arceus really fears is Paralysis, I might for for a Modest nature, so not much Speed is lost. I'm not even sure what 100 EVs +nature is specifically outspeeding anyway.

This team pretty much loses to boosting physical attackers with Overheat.
