ok so how to shuffle fair or wavedash to utilt WITHOUT jumping...because i try tilting after those moves but i end up jumping...any help?

If you didn't shuffle correctly and missed the l-cancel, you would not only be able to not utilt, but you wouldn't be able to jump or do any move due to the lag.

so...I'm guessing you are probably accidently jumping instead of tilting. You are pressing the control stick too much up when trying to utilt. Just practice.

yeah,
either hold up before you land so you wont jump (when you press to late you will jump)
or push up a little so that you wont jump but can use the uptilt

The trick is to tilt up as you're l-canceling; you should have about 7 frames (7/60ths of a second) do get your thumb up from the down position (for the fastfall), but you should be able to do it. It's easier to do out of a short-hop double FAir; during the second FAir, just hold up. If you press up during an attack, it won't register as a jump, so you can use this to your advantage.
