I have been experimenting with things to do after shining (I got bored with the pillar), and I have been wondering if JCG out of the shine is useful (for those who predict the DAir > Shine)
And JC >USmash out of the shine.

Comments please?

It depends on who you are playing. Some people wait for Falco to end the shine, and some people rush after you miss. If they rush then they might jump into an attack or have long range. It's only useful in certain situations.
I would recommend JCSHLing out of a shine if you can't JCDair or JCUair

Sounds good. I've seen JC Shine -> Grab thrown around a lot, but never really seen it used. It'd be a **** good mind game to throw in every now and then, but don't spam it like you would a pillar, it's much more punishable. That being said, they both sound solid, just remember to keep them in your bag of tricks, not at the forefront of your arsenal.

It's not a bad idea, Falco's shine grab can be spot dodged/ rolled, so watch for it. If they spot dodge several times, you can charge a shinesmash. (it'll set up for combos).
