Two questions: Shared music folder + custom music is quiet

Kind of a two parter:
1. Is there a way to have my music hacks in private/wii/rsbe/etc. and have it be read by both Brawl- (or any Brawl hacks or just vanilla brawl with the file replace code) and Project M? Not really worth it moving my entire music folder every time I switch games so this would be easier.

2. Sometimes when I have custom music it's really quiet. For example, I think it was on WarioWare Melody and Green Hill Zone (song) that the songs were playing ina really low volume for some reason. I even tried editting the in-game volume with http://www.lakora.us/brawl/songmanager/ but it had little to no effect and I just had to make the song louder in Audacity and reconvert. Why does this happen? Is it random, is it the converter's fault, or is it some song slots in Brawl that have a set lower volume in-game?

2. Yes, smashbros_sound.brsar have low Volume Values in various songs (Most of them are Melee tracks, some of them have volume set to 32) i've been changing all the values to 80/90. There is a code too, for Gecko/USB users
