Two Hits One Fair?

Discussion in the Xanadu chat on Twitch because GimR (playing Falco) claims to have shielded a fair from Marth that pushed him to the ledge, and then he was tippered by the same fair. So basically, fair on shield by the hilt of the sword to tipper on the follow through. Is this a known thing? Is this real?

I tried messing around with this real quick in emulator and could not get anything like that to happen. This does not conclusively prove anything, but to me I am skeptical things occurred in the way it was said.

Phantom hits sometimes cause weird 2-hits to happen.

I don't think a phantom would push you off while shielding though.
