Two codes at once?

I want Brawl minus character codes working, as well as texture hacks for the same characters.

How is this possible?

Character pacs and textures are 2 different things. Both can affect the same character at once.

I know this because I've seen videos of it working before, but when I put the pcs files in the pac files won't work and vice-versa.
