Turbo Tuesday videos-Flames around characters?

I noticed in the Turbo Tuesday videos that there appear to be what look like flames around the characters, hardly visible, but I noticed it rather quickly. Does anyone know what they could be for?

Yeah, it's Turbo Spirit or something. I think it looks awesome.

Just think of it as Super Saiyan chi that emerges when Goku goes Super Saiyan. Just an indication of turbo mode, these flames/aura is.

And Turbo Mode, what does it do, does it make the gameplay faster?

You can cancel any attack into another attack instantly upon hit, so essentially it makes the game Project DBZ.
