Turbo mode not working in Dolphin?

Latest Dolphin and PM release.
Turbo mode and item dont seem to change the characters capabilities at all. Only diference is the purple aura around them.
Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?

Seems to be working just fine for me. Could you tell me the file size of your Brawl iso and what method you used to run PM (injected iso or injected virtual SD card)?

Perhaps you should try the injected iso method? At the very least this will give you a clean install of Project M, which might be the problem. The injected iso method is less hassle to start up, less bugs (idk I was having audio problems when I used SD card method), and enables you to play online with NetPlay with little to no lag. Give it a shot, here's a guide.

EDIT: Are you using the full set? Not the wifi set. Maybe that has something to do with it?
