Trying to make a personal mod with the most OP version of each character

Anybody knows what are the most OP versions of each characters and where can I get them?

Thanks for your help but what I mean is that I want the most OP versions on Project M. You know like 3.0 Lucas, 2.6 Lucario and so on. Does anyone know which PM versions of each characters are the most OP and where can I get those?

Gotcha. Can't really help with where to find her, but I know everyone cried OP with Zelda in 3.0.
