This looks very similar to the team I played against your. The main difference is the Umbreon is not toxic stalling.

Shadow Ball is not physical, so remove that.

Overall, your team lacks the stats necessary to beat any traditional stall team. And it's not remotely bulky enough to beat offensive teams, nor is it really that fast. I would reccmend CBTauros over Slaking, as since it doesn't have to wait a turn before attacking, it does more damage on average and can help the team with Intimidate.

Is Ghost, Dark, and Ice your favorite types? Each type is used twice on your team... I have very little experience with the Pokemon in your team so I can't give solid advice. So here are mainly useless comments:

Absol: I like that set a lot!
Froslass: Sweeping with 80 base SpA? A scarfed spiker is gimmicky... I've never seen it in action before.
Slaking: 0RLy hates Slakings.
Articuno: Since you've already read what Smogon said, I don't really need to say anything else.
Mismagius: Wrong nature, and very gimmicky. I don't see Destiny Bond doing anything though. Why don't you try Substitute+Pain Split over DB and Endure.
Umbreon: Wrong nature. I kinda wish Rest was in that set somewhere, but then again, I don't.

Alrighty.

I have noticed I get my absol put to sleep by gengar leads, then die.

So, whats a good counter?

(Removing slaking, but may be putting Regigigas in there. This whole team is gimmickiy, thats my strategy.)

A Pokemon with Insomnia will prevent sleep. A status absorber such as a Natural Cure or restalking poke will work. If you want to stick with the gimmicky concept, try: rest+sleep talk+psycho shift. It has a 33% chance of working, and is still affected by sleep clause.

I see Regigigas working well with Mismagius.

Are you going to fix your typing issue that I mentioned earlier?

Got it. I may need to shove cresselia in here... Natu wont work, Aridos sucks, bannete sucks more, Honchcrow's dark.

That leaves Cress, noctowl, and hypno.
