trying to get on wifi from college

i connect and get a successful connection test but it gives me error code 61010 when i try to connect to brawls wifi


i also bought a lan adapter and plugged ethernet into it which didnt work either


wtf do i have to do this **** is pissing me off

Is either the college the connection or WiFi is still acting up.

I can't tell on the latter; I haven't been on WiFi in about 4 days.
