Trying to find some promotional photos...

Hello!

I'm trying to create a local smash site for my community, and I was hoping to use some nice clean photos of Project M. Trouble is, I'm having a real difficult time finding anything of any real quality. Most searchers just result in character select screens or pictures of general gameplay with the whole HUD and the like. I've tried the main Project M site but I'm not quite finding what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know where I can find some good Game Photography of Project M? Preferably using Dolphin for high resolution captures. Any help is appreciated.

Hmmm...I can't say whether you'll have much luck here but i know over in the smash bros and project m subreddit people might be more willing to throw something together for you in terms of a custom poster as there are tons of people making wallpapers and custom smash related material almost daily. There's also some High quality renders of the clone engine characters and alternate costumes that might be floating around the subreddit if you look deep enough.

If you don't mind the use of texture modifications the smash 3 project or any custom build from the customized content section of smashboards will usually have some nice quality pictures. I almost want to say that for posters some of the custom content might better suit you. If anything i know the brawl hd project has some high quality renders but they're pretty basic.

If all else fails then consider contacting one or two of the PMBR and see if they have any leftover material or if any of the members have any unused project files.

Thanks man, those are some good ideas. If none of it pans out I guess I can go through the effort of getting Dolphin and capturing them myself. Little more work than I intended for today but if I have to I have to.

No problem. Another idea that popped in my head is if you want to you could go to the PM irc (Alternate) and ask for some high quality pictures or see if someone would be willing to take some for you.
