Trying to download Ridley mod, so close!

So after I finish installing all the Project M files and codes from the Ridley pack into my SD Card, the game just freezes right before it gets to the title screen. Anyone know how to get around this? I really want to play with Ridley and show him off to my friends in two hours, if possible.
