Trouble with installing PSA's

I tried installing Roy without completely replacing Marth, but every time I try to do that I end up getting a Roy with no hair......

I decided to only replace 2 of Marth's skins with Roy (FitMarth01 and 02 (the Red and the green) but I can' figure out how without having Roy be hairless or have Roy's hair overlap with Marth's.

you need the fitmarth.pac file for the hair but that gives marth the moveset for roy

That causes Roy's (or Isaac's rather) hair to overlap with Marth's.

I'm trying to figure out how to prevent that from happening, but keep both Roy AND Marth

To my knowledge, you can't do that.
