I'm new to SSBM, when I'm fighting a lets say lvl 7 bot. It only jabs me and repeats that. How can I avoid that or find a way through that annoying jab....

The only way I know how to avoid bad bots is to go against real people. You will learn a whole lot more against real people, but it can be hard to find people to play agenst. You can practice on lower-level bots with tech skill and combos, but they won't attack as frequently and aren't smart enough to correctly DI or have efficient recovery. Also, there is no substitute for real people.

I hate that jab. It's so unrealistic and stupid.

If you get hit by a multi-hit jab and are stuck, smash the control stick in the opposite direction to escape, trying to hit them back can be tedious because CPUs have weirdly frame perfect hits with the strangest of moves. You can bypass it by doing aerial approaches or just not be standing in jab range, follow up attacks and combo and don't allow them to be standing in close range. I see your main is Falco so, if you are using him and simply dashing in, chances are you will get hit by a jab or other ground attack because Falco's dash is so slow. Say if you are Falco against a Fox who just jab > walks > jab > walks - etc, try shorthop dair into something for example. This way you aren't just walking up into the range. Try to keep to aerials slightly more than normal for bots when they are in a neutral position.

Well... of course, all of this is sort of a bad thing since you will be conditioning yourself to play against unrealistic computers, doing things that would not be favourable during a match with a human. If 7s are too hard, try 5. If 5 is too hard try 3. Don't try and push yourself to beat that level 7 with the jabs etc if you can't handle it. It will condition you to change the way you play to suit the needs of the bots, which is bad. There's nothing wrong with playing lower level bots anyway since the main reason you are playing against them is to practise your combo game and attacking, not strategy or defence.

Try and find real people to play against, even if its just like 2 games and you get completely destroyed. Hell, even if the person completely sucks and has never played before, it will still train your mind to think like a human and not like a computer. Then you can read or predict moves and play defensively etc.

I used to be like you and train almost exclusively with bots since my friends would always want to play brawl instead, to answer your question walking towards them and forward tilts are so effective against cpus who just jab, jab, jab and occasionally grab but this does not make you better at the game, any human you would fight would find a different approach and adapt if you used the same tactic over and over again. When I realized that a very repetitive, boring strategy would always beat cpus I decided to train only my tech skill when I'm by myself, no cpus involved.
