Trouble Loading Game. Please Help!

I had no problem loading up 3.5, but I used a different disc on the same console with the same SD card and PM wouldn't load at all.

Has anyone else had this issue? I assume the disc is the issue at this point, but I wanted to get some other opinions. Thanks!
