Smash Wii U Trophy Rush fall-through-floor glitch

This peculiar glitch happened to me just recently. Has anyone else ever fallen through the floor like this?

I think this happens at least once to any person who completed the challenge where you have to destroy a bunch of blocks. I might've saved the replay of the time it happened to me, even.

This happend to me before. Luckily I've recoverd about 80% of the time

Based on your anecdotes above, it sounds like I've just been very lucky not to encounter it more often. Then again, I pretty much use Palutena almost exclusively there, ever since completing the other character-specific challenges long ago. Perhaps other characters or other methodologies are more prone to the glitch.

It would be much more costly if such a thing happened in Classic 9.0, or worse yet, Crazy Orders. Now that I've stated that aloud, my time will come....
