Trophy Hint?

In the Fall Press Conference trailer they show the trophy mode.
At the end of that segment, just before the middle of the video where the halberd flies in, they show two trophies in particular: trixie kong, and banana man.
Who is banana man anyway?
And do you think this could mean trixie as a playable character?

Take a look at the quality of the Dixie model and Diddy. Diddy looks crisp, dixie looks... well, not so good.
