TraversalServer in Netplay doesn't work

Hey guys, im new to melee and im trying to get better. A few days ago I've downloaded the dolphin emulator and got netplay. When im trying to connect or host via Traversal Server I can't connect. I have no clue why, so I'm asking you guys.

I've already tried making exeptions in my firewall for dolphin, well i even disabled it at some point, but didn't help.
Portforwarded port 6262 in my router.
Changed TraversalServer in .ini dolphin file to the right address.
Played around with lots of dolphin settings.

But somehow it would never work. I've not once connected to anyone by Traversal, neither can i host games that way. The only way i can play netplay is by hosting by external IP and port 6262, but i would rather use Traversal. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks

Your traversal should be dolphin.smashladder.com.

Try a different version of Dolphin?

Some routers just don't like the way Dolphin opens a port with the traversal server. You'll have to host with direct.
