Translating pcs. into pac.'s (fixed delete this thread)

There supposed to be a program to do it but the link is broken. Google has given me nothing. And I also know that it is posting a link to the program would probably breaking the rules as you would be linking to a hacking site but I cant find the program anywhere. Could I translate pcs. in BrawlBox or something? I have a bunch of texture's but there all in pcs.

Open the pcs and "save as" a pac in Brawlbox.

Thank you muchly. This thread can be deleted anytime now. Edit2: I dont know where I got the idea that textures had to be in pac. format to be seen in Brawl. Sorry for wasting your time.
