Translating .bin into a usable picture format.

I saw a thread on this, but it was old and I didn't want to bump it.

I have downloaded the bin2jpg but in the thread it said I needed a Cygwin or batch file in along with a image program(I already have GIMP so it is what I'm going to be using). I don't know what Cygwin is and I have no experience with batch files. A walk-through would be nice.

Wasn't expecting such a quick reply. Thank you. I would say this thread can be deleted but this thread might be useful while its up. That program needs to be in some resources thread or something along those lines.
