Training for the E4

Hey guys, quick question:

I have diamond, and am training for the the elite 4 at the moment. Can anyone recommend the best place to do this? My party is around level 46 right now, and I plan on raising them by ten before trying the e4.

Go to Victory Road and train or you can rechallenge trainers using the Vs Seeker.

yeah, guess that would be best. Though the vs seeker doesn't seem to work in caves..

Victory Road is really the best place, unless you're looking for some money too. E4 Pokemon and the champion's Pokemon are around level 60-65 max, so if you can get around 60 or so and you have a somewhat balanced team, you should be fine.
