TPL_insert problem

How should i write the TPL?
ive tried with 01 and the offset for 01.
And i think ive written it wrong or something.

You need the offsets.txt and in the same directory as tpl_insert.exe.

The lines in offsets.txt have to be exactly like this,
## - ########
nothing more, nothing less.

Edit: Didn't work when i tried it that way either same error appeard.
